A large part of every one of our sales is the initial consulting. This can be done over the phone, via email or through our LiveChat system which is available during normal working hours. The best thing you can do is to start by telling us what you will be using this system for, and if you have any preferences regarding the size, appearance, or noise level of the computer. That information, combined with a target budget for your purchase, will allow us to make a complete recommendation for you! We take great care to explain all of the choices to you, and to tell you why we recommend the parts we do. You may not know the difference right now, but it is our job to educate you enough that you can make an informed decision. We are always happy to work with you!
Why should I order through Gladiator PC instead of a larger company?
Gladiator PC enjoys a few advantages over our larger competitors. First, we're able to deliver a level of customer service that we think is unmatched in our industry. All of our staff, whether it be sales or support, are located in the United Kingdom. Every order is built and tested by hand by our dedicated team here in our workshop. Some of our competitors are simply too large to provide this sort of individual treatment. We also believe the customization of our systems gives us a big advantage over the competition. Rather than buying a generic off-the-shelf system, each system can be tweaked and adjusted to match your needs. There's no reason you should pay extra for a fancy video card if you just don't need one!
Will my PC come with an operating system (OS)?
This varies from system to system. Some customers value the option to purchase without the operating system (for example, customers may be installing a free operating system, or may already have a valid windows license which they wish to use).
Each product will state if an OS is included or not, and when purchasing a system without an operating system a reminder is displayed.
We supply Microsoft Windows 10, and occasionally older versions where stock is available. If you do order an operating system it will come pre-installed, activated, updated and with all the correct drivers. You will also receive the genuine Windows disk and/or licence code.
What drivers do I need to install?
If you have chosen to have an operating system installed then all of the latest drivers for your hardware have already been installed by Gladiator PC. You will not need to install any drivers for hardware purchased from us. If no operating system has been installed then the drivers will be sent with your PC ready for you to install. These will be located in the motherboard box.

We are located in Manchester, UK. All our sales, support and technical staff are located here, so you can always be sure of being able to get in touch during normal business hours.
How quickly can you get a computer system to me?
In most cases, we can ship a computer system out in 7-10 days compared to the average 10-15 days from most of our competitors! If you need your computer faster you have the option to select one of our express build options - we offer both a 3 day and 5 day service so that you can choose according to your needs. In addition to this our free shipping option means that most computers will be delivered via our next day service as well.
How can I pay?
We are happy to accept all the major credit/debit cards apart from American Express, provided that the card is registered to a UK address. We also accept Paypal and payment via Amazon.
Do you offer finance?
Yes, Gladiator PC offer a number of different finance plans in conjunction with V12. Please click here for additional information on the finance options available.
I found a system for cheaper than you are selling. Will you match that price?
Our prices are already hundreds of pounds cheaper than the high street. Remember though a cheaper quote may not be for parts of the same quality, and you may not be guaranteed the level of after sales support you would receive from Gladiator PC. In the unlikely event that our prices are not competitive we will be happy to consider a competing quote and provide our best offer based on this.
I am looking to purchase several PCs, what discount can you offer?
We may be able to offer bulk discounts if purchasing 5x PCs or more, please contact us for a quote.
Can I check my order status online?
Yes, just sign into your account to see the latest order status.
Can I update my order after it has been submitted?
Once the order submitted, the only way to update it is by calling our customer service team.
What should I do if the packaging appears damaged upon delivery?
We use DPD to send out all our packages and usually they arrive in perfect condition, however in the unlikely event that delivery is being attempted and there is visible damage to the outside of the packaging then please refuse the delivery, giving the reason when you sign. Please inform us by email of the damage as soon as possible to enable us to rectify this issue. Any damage reports have to be made within 48 hours to be accepted.

How can I return a faulty product for repair?
